What is binary options simulator?

A binary options simulator is just like a demo account, which is absolutely identical in its capabilities to a real deposit account. Here you can choose assets of your choice (currencies, stocks, commodities, cryptocurrencies etc.), observe the price chart in real-time and make transactions.

In other words, the main difference between the demo account and a real deposit is the availability of your own funds. In the demo account, trading with virtual money is possible, in reality (as in the deposit), the money trade takes place with the real one.

Why do you need a binary options simulator?

Of course, in order to trade in a demo account, you do not need to have experience or require any special skills. But, on the other hand, you cannot receive real profits here, which are only given by a real deposit.

In addition, you also have the opportunity to observe the work of your potential broker without risk. In other words, using the demo account, you get acquainted with the interface of the trading platform, find out how all indicators work, check out the convenience of the transaction and so on. All this allows you to select a brokerage company for the future with confidence.

Broker companies themselves offer their customers the opportunity to open a demo account, while on some sites this can be done without assistance.

When registering on the brokerage website, the customer receives a notification asking to indicate a username, password, and link (code), which he must enter in the appropriate field.

Usually, after a successful registration, the trader immediately sees a window with a list of available trading assets. By clicking on them, the trader opens the chart, on which the history of quotes with the selected asset opens. To open the window for transactions, it is necessary to click on the trading panel located at the top right of the chart.

It should be noted that there are also companies that display the real deposit statement for new customers in the demo account. This is a very useful option because it allows beginners to get acquainted with all the nuances of trading in the financial market before real money enters the account.

In addition, when performing transactions in the simulator, the customer receives virtual money, which means that he does not risk losing his own funds.

Key moments of the transaction:

In order to open the transaction, you must indicate the asset and the size of the transaction. The expiry of the transaction is determined in advance, usually it is between 30 seconds and 5 minutes.

The procedure for closing the transaction is simple: the trader must analyze the market, based on the results enter the necessary amount in the corresponding field and click on the “Buy” or “Sell” button.

The trader must pay attention to the price chart before each transaction: if the price clearly falls or rises, it is more convenient to make a deal on the “call” or “put”, respectively.

It is worth noting that after opening the transaction, the funds will only be available on the account after the expiry of the transaction.
